HOW CAN I CHECK MY POINT BALANCE?
Simply insert your card into any available slot machine or visit the Eagle’s Nest.
WHAT ARE BONUS POINTS?
Bonus Points do not count toward your tier level but are still redeemable for Eagle Play, food and merchandise just like standard Mile Points. Once you have earned a Mile Point, your Bonus Points become available.
HOW IS MY EAGLE PLAY OFFER DETERMINED?
The system looks at a lot of factors, the largest of which is individual guest play. Each offer is customized based on your bet, type of game you play and how long you play. Simply put, the more you play the more you earn… It’s that simple!
DO MY MILE POINTS EXPIRE?
As long as you play at least once in six months your points will never lapse. After six months of inactivity, your points will expire.
HOW DO MY POINTS CONVERT TO DOLLARS?
100 Mile Points = $1 in Comps or Eagle Play.

The more points you earn, the higher you will soar in our tier program. All new sign-ups begin as a Classic Eagle, but as you play you can reach the greater heights of Black Eagle, Golden Eagle and ultimately Bald Eagle… And receive all the privileges associated with it! As you move up you’ll really see the benefits grow. Points accumulate from your sign-up date (also known as your “anniversary date”) and each new level you achieve will be available to you immediately during that year. After that, tier points reset on your anniversary date each year.
GET MILEAGE OUT OF YOUR POINTS
In addition to building your tier level, points can be redeemed at any time for food, Eagle Play or merchandise. Simply take your Mile High Club card to any retail or food outlet and they can swipe and redeem Mile Points on the spot. Enjoying your rewards for playing has never been easier!
EAGLE PLAY FOR PLAYERS
The more you play, the more you earn at Santa Ysabel. In addition to redeeming Mile Points for free slot play or table match play, qualified card holders will receive customized Eagle Play offers through the mail. These offers are automatically downloaded to your card, no waiting in line… Just find your favorite machine, insert your card and start playing!
DON’T STAY GROUNDED
The way to continue to earn points and benefits is to keep playing. As long as you play at least once in six months your points will be available to you, however if you don’t visit for six consecutive months your points will be forfeited.
