
Position: Prep Cook
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Food & Beverage ManagerJob Summary: Coordinates daily food portioning and preparation; Assists the cooks in the performance of duties.

- Responsible for assisting the cooks in the performance of duties to ensure all functional duties associated with this job are preformed according to established company and department policies and procedures.
- Coordinates daily food portioning and preparation; must also restock stations.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning, setting up and breakdown procedures.
- Provides courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests.
- Requires previous experience in food preparation and basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Ability to communicate and converse with supervisors and co-workers regarding job duties.
- Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- General knowledge of the preparation of various food items.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Must possess a valid Health card.
- Must be able to obtain a valid non-gaming work permit.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
