Position: Drop Team Member

Reports to: Drop Team Supervisor


Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Drop Team Supervisor with all aspects of the Drop Team Department, such as the slot drop pick-up, weighing, wrapping, canning, counting currency, poker chips, and transferring money of cash and coin to other money handling departments. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.


Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

1. Responsible for processing all scale money from the Main Bank, and slot machines.
2. Responsible for removing coin buckets from slot machines and replacing with empty drop buckets.
3. Responsible for transporting all monies into the Hard or Soft Count rooms.
4. Responsible for the lifting of all monies from the floor into the carts.
5. Responsible for the wrapping, canning and bagging of coin.
6. Responsible for the transferring of all canned, wrapped or bagged coin into the Main Bank.
7. Keeps the Drop Team Supervisor informed of all pertinent information regarding count activities and any irregularities.
8. Ensures the integrity of all monetary transactions.
9. Held accountable, to a high degree, for accuracy and thoroughness of departmental paperwork.
10. Must provide courteous service and is cordial to all Employees and Guests.
11. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
12. Assists in the counting, verifying and strapping of all currency and poker chips.
13. Assists in the transferring of all currency and poker chips to the Main Bank.
14. Responsible for operating a variety of currency and coin counting equipment.
15. Must be able to keep up with fast paced atmosphere.
16. Must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with Employees in close quarters.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
2. Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
3. Excellent attendance
