Position: Food Server
Department: Restaurant
Reports to: Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for taking and delivering Food and Beverage orders to the Guests, setting tables, and trays.


Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

1. Responsible for ordering food and liquor, set tables, trays, and delivers food and beverage to the Guests.
2. Assist in functions that are catered.
3. Responsible for cleaning and filling empty condiment containers.
4. Provides a courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests.
5. Requires a minimum of one year experience as a food server, some experience in Room Service preferred.
6. Must also posses a cooperative and friendly nature.
7. Ability to communicate effectively, and present a clean, well-groomed appearance.


Mandatory Requirements:

1. Must have excellent guest service skills.
2. Must be able to work in a fast pace atmosphere.
3. Excellent attendance.
4. Must have a valid Food Handler's Card.
5. Possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
6. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
7. Ability to obtain a valid non-gaming work permit.
