Food Server

Responsible for taking and delivering Food and Beverage orders to the Guests, setting tables and trays.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents Guests, Team Members, theft, injury or property damage.
  2. Continual active patrol of assigned areas to provide overall asset protection of Casino property and Guest/Team Member Safety.
  3. Must be able to operate a two-way radio portable radio to coordinate and dispatch information to all other radio users.
  4. Must be familiar with all-applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the Casino.
  5. Identify potential safety hazards and report them to appropriate individuals for proper resolution.
  6. Ensure safe transportation of Casino monies, games assets, and the safety of Team Members.
  7. Interacts with Guests and Team Members in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  8. Operates company vehicles when directed to do so.
  9. Maintains a working knowledge of the Casino facilities, as well as special events on property in order to advise Guests and fellow Team Members whenever possible.
  10. Facilitate the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  11. Checks identification from all Guest who appear to be under legal age to either gamble or consume alcoholic beverages.
  12. Must learn company Emergency Action Guide to efficiently handle fires, evacuations, robbery attempt, etc., and life-threatening situations.
  13. Must provide courteous service and be cordial to all Team Members and Guests.

Facilities Specialist

Responsible for construction, maintaining and repairing furniture, equipment fixtures, walls, etc;

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Responsible for construction, maintaining and repairing furniture, equipment fixtures walls etc.
  2. All functions performed in accordance with Company-Wide and departmental policies and procedures.
  3. Performs remodeling jobs such as; interior walls, cabinetwork, table games repair and minor job work orders.
  4. Operate power and hand tools to accomplish assigned duties.
  5. Must perform mathematical calculations and read blueprints, when necessary to fulfill duties.
  6. Lifts and carries ladders, push and pull scaffolds when required to complete job task.
  7. Must provide courteous and cordial service to all Employees and guest.

Security Officer

Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect the life and property of Guest, Team Members and Casino property.

Table Games Dealer

Responsible for dealing Casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for guests and generate revenue for the department. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity. Sponsor new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout. Initiatives courteous and friendly conversation with guest. Note: All Table Games Dealers start as Part Time.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
  2. Deals casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for guest and generate revenue for the department.
  3. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure.
  4. Cooperates with other Dealers.
  5. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity.
  6. Controls pace of the game.
  7. Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play.
  8. Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
  9. Sponsors new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training.
  10. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guest and game layout.
  11. Initiates courteous and friendly conversation with guests.
  12. Must have the ability to learn new games.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Slot Technician

Responsible for analyzing problems with equipment and performs major repairs, routine maintenance and modifications in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Instruct and aid team members in machine maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Adheres to departmental and casino policy and procedures.
  2. Analyzes problems with equipment and performs major repairs, routine maintenance and modifications in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  3. Instructs and aids team members in machine maintenance.
  4. Ensures all slot machines are secure and tamper-proof.
  5. Informs Slot Shift Supervisor of guests playing in an unethical or irregular manner.
  6. Ensures compliance with all Gaming Regulations and Ordinances.
  7. Verify jackpots as determined by Slot Shift Supervisor. 

Surveillance Technician

Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Assist in all surveillance technical staff ensuring compliance with Company specs and standards a needed.
  2. Monitors all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and/or safety risks and reporting same to the appropriate individual or entity, for proper resolution.
  3. Utilizes necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property.
  4. Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property.
  5. Protects company assets and gaming integrity, through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor.
  6. Supports other Employees, Supervisors and Executives within the company, with regard to protection of assets in their respective departments.
  7. Maintains or augments skills through review and self-study.
  8. Coordinates, with the Security Department, when Surveillance discovers a matter, which needs further investigation or attention.
  9. Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  10. Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
  11. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  12. The individual must have the ability to design and implement training for Closed Circuit TV Cameras to be presented to department staff.
  13. Make suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, with regard to possible changes in the policies and procedures of other departments, with the protection of company assets in mind.
  14. Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies, and procedure.
  15. Must have or equivalent work experience with Close Circuit TV Cameras, Surveillance Systems.
  16. Must have or equivalent work experience/ training in trouble shooting issues with Close Circuit TV Cameras

Drop Team Member

Responsible for assisting the Drop Team Supervisor with all aspects of the Drop Team Department, such as the slot drop pick-up, counting currency, poker chips, and transferring money of cash and coin to other money handling departments. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws, and rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company  policies, procedures and controls.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Responsible for processing all scale money from the Main Bank, and slot machines.
  2. Responsible for moving buckets from slot machines and replacing with empty drop buckets.
  3. Responsible for billvalidator transporting all monies into the Hard or Soft Count rooms.
  4. Responsible for the lifting of all monies from the floor into the carts.
  5. Assists in the counting, verifying and strapping of all currency and poker chips.
  6. Assists in the transferring of all currency and poker chips to the Main Bank
  7. Responsible for operating a variety of currency counting equipment.
  8. Assists in actual count in the count room.
  9. Ensures the integrity of all monetary transactions.
  10. Held accountable, to a high degree, for accuracy and thoroughness of departmental paperwork.
  11. Assists in actual count in the count room.
  12. Must be able to keep up with fast paced atmosphere.
  13. Must have ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with employees in close quarters.
  14. Maintains a through, working knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as company policies, procedures and controls.
  15. Prepares tally sheets, audit fills and credit slips; reconciles all totals hand counts and then forwards all information to appropriate department(s).
  16. Ensures the integrity of all count transactions.
  17. Maintains accurate records, reports, and other required paperwork in the Count Department.
  18. Operates the equipment daily and performs minor repairs and maintenance and light housekeeping as needed.
  19. Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve count disputes.
  20. Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of the count.
  21. Assists in the actual floor drop with the Drop Team.
  22. Responsible, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of the kiosk drop and the slot drop.
