Surveillance Agent

Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Monitors all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and/or safety risks and reporting same to the appropriate individual or entity, for proper resolution.
  2. Utilizes necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property.
  3. Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property.
  4. Protects company assets and gaming integrity, through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor.
  5. Supports other Employees, Supervisors and Executives within the company, with regard to protection of assets in their respective departments.
  6. Maintains or augments skills through review and self-study.
  7. Coordinates, with the Security Department, when Surveillance discovers a matter, which needs further investigation or attention.
  8. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  9. Make suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, with regard to possible changes in the policies and procedures of other departments, with the protection of company assets in mind.
  10. Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies, and procedure.

Surveillance Technician

  1. Assist in all surveillance technical staff ensuring compliance with Company specs and standards a needed.
  2. Monitors all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and/or safety risks and reporting same to the appropriate individual or entity, for proper resolution.
  3. Utilizes necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property.
  4. Maintains a working knowledge of all rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property.
  5. Protects company assets and gaming integrity, through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor.
  6. Supports other Employees, Supervisors and Executives within the company, with regard to protection of assets in their respective departments.
  7. Maintains or augments skills through review and self-study.
  8. Coordinates, with the Security Department, when Surveillance discovers a matter, which needs further investigation or attention.
  9. Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  10. Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.
  11. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  12. The individual must have the ability to design and implement training for Closed Circuit TV Cameras to be presented to department staff.
  13. Make suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, with regard to possible changes in the policies and procedures of other departments, with the protection of company assets in mind.
  14. Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as the Company’s internal controls, policies, and procedure.
  15. Must have or equivalent work experience with Close Circuit TV Cameras, Surveillance Systems.
  16. Must have or equivalent work experience/ training in trouble shooting issues with Close Circuit TV Cameras

Table Games Dealer

Responsible for dealing Casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for guests and generate revenue for the department. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity. Sponsor new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout. Initiatives courteous and friendly conversation with guest. Note: All Table Games Dealers start as Part Time.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
  2. Deals casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for guest and generate revenue for the department.
  3. Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure.
  4. Cooperates with other Dealers.
  5. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity.
  6. Controls pace of the game.
  7. Informs the Casino Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play.
  8. Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
  9. Sponsors new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training.
  10. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guest and game layout.
  11. Initiates courteous and friendly conversation with guests.
  12. Must have the ability to learn new games.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor

Implement and ensure compliance with approved procedures, train, supervise and monitor performance of employee to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift. Responsible for the protection of the Casino’s assets within assigned area.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Must be able to meet all requirements listed in the Table Games Dual Rate and Poker Dealer job description.
  2. Safeguard casino assets.
  3. Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements.
  4. Specifically supervise the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers.
  5. Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all table games personnel.
  6. Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits.
  7. Ensure fills/credits are handled according to policy.
  8. Issues playing cards and dice, and review them for irregularities.
  9. Promote outstanding guest relations.
  10. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.
  11. Promo the following within the department and among all associates: Create an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests. Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all associates by setting a positive example at all times. Instill and atmosphere that encourages associates to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve disputes. Retain associates through personal involvement in associate training and development.
  12. Directs assignments of Pit personnel; trains and counsels Pit personnel.
  13. Support and maintain courtesy guidelines.
  14. Directly supervises an assigned number of dealers.
  15. Signatory ability include; orders for fills and credits, fills and credit slips, key control, markers and customer balance records, table inventory forms, and complimentary rooms, food, beverage.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bus Person

Responsible for clearing and cleaning items for the tables and transporting them to the kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Responsible for clearing used items from the tables, transports them to the kitchen.
  2. Responsible for insuring the cleanliness of tables, chairs and floors.
  3. Responsible for re-setting tables with silverware and glasses.
  4. Replenishes beverages and assists with food servers in caring orders from kitchen to tables as needed.
  5. The ability to keep up with fast paced atmosphere and work under pressure.
  6. Must be in good physical condition.
  7. Must be able to stand and walk 100% of the job time.
  8. Must provide courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests. Requires good attendance.
  9. Assist Dishwasher during shift.
  10. All other duties as assigned.

Food Server

Responsible for taking and delivering Food and Beverage orders to the Guests, setting tables and trays.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Responsible for ordering food and liquor, set tables, trays, and delivers food and beverage to the Guest.
  2. Assist in functions that are catered.
  3. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and stocking of station.
  4. Provides a courteous service and is cordial to all team members and guests.
  5. Requires a minimum of one year experience as food server, some experience in Room Service.
  6. Must also posses a cooperative and friendly nature.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively, and present a clean, well-groomed appearance.
  8. All other duties as assigned.

Beverage Server

Host Cashier

Works under the direction of the restaurant shift supervisor. Maintains a reservation list and seats guest. Handles cash transactions.

  3. Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent customer service with all team members and guest.

Security Officer

Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect the life and property of Guest, Team Members and Casino property.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.) 

  1. Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents Guests, Team Members, theft, injury or property damage.
  2. Continual active patrol of assigned areas to provide overall asset protection of Casino property and Guest/Team Member Safety.
  3. Must be able to operate a two-way radio portable radio to coordinate and dispatch information to all other radio users.
  4. Must be familiar with all-applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the Casino.
  5. Identify potential safety hazards and report them to appropriate individuals for proper resolution.
  6. Ensure safe transportation of Casino monies, games assets, and the safety of Team Members.
  7. Interacts with Guests and Team Members in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  8. Operates company vehicles when directed to do so.
  9. Maintains a working knowledge of the Casino facilities, as well as special events on property in order to advise Guests and fellow Team Members whenever possible.
  10. Facilitate the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  11. Checks identification from all Guest who appear to be under legal age to either gamble or consume alcoholic beverages.
  12. Must learn company Emergency Action Guide to efficiently handle fires, evacuations, robbery attempt, etc., and life-threatening situations.
  13. Must provide courteous service and be cordial to all Team Members and Guests.

Cage Cashier

Handles all transactions, which include currency, coin and money evaluations with both customers and other employees. Following Departmental and Company Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Specific areas of responsibility included but not limited to.)

  1. Accurately balances assigned bank.
  2. Makes exchanges of currency, coins and money equivalents with customers in a courteous and timely manner.
  3. Cash’s personal checks and Travelers checks for currency.
  4. Redeem scripts, coupons and receipts for customers for currency.
  5. Assists other cashiers in the Cage as assigned.
  6. Held accountable, to high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  7. Must provide courteous service and is cordial to all Employees and guests.
  8. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
  9. Required to work in Jackpot/Fill Station.
  10. Required to walk the Casino Floor with Mobile Cart.
  11. Assist in all Smoke Shop sales.
